Bring your young people for a unique trip alongside our world-famous collection of working steam engines. The Museum is perfect for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rainbows, Brownies and Guides to visit and explore!
We’re delighted to welcome Scout and Guide Groups to the Museum for free as part of our Community Access Scheme. However, as a small independent museum, we welcome donations to support our work. Visits can take place during our regular opening hours.
We have free parking for coaches and are well connected to Kew Bridge railway station, Gunnersbury Park on the District Line and Overground, as well as local bus routes to Hammersmith, Kingston and Richmond. We have storage places for coats, bags and lunches, as well as lunch spaces and toilet facilities.
