We ask our visitors, volunteers and staff to stay at home if they have:
a new continuous cough
a change or loss in your sense of taste and smell
We will ask all visitors and contractors to the buildings to scan our QR code, or write your details in our register. We are required to collect these details and keep them for 3 weeks by law. New guidelines mean we must have track and trace information for every member of a group, not just the lead adult.
We have a one-way route to help social distancing
We have increased our cleaning levels, focussing on touch points like handles and interactives
We require all visitors aged 11 and over to wear face masks and/or visors, unless you are exempt. We recognise the hidden disabilities scheme through sunflower lanyards, badges, pins, masks and visors.
We will provide hand sanitiser stations throughout the Museum route
We will have a quarantine box for colouring pencils at the end of your visit
